DEVELOPMENT OFFICE FOR IT
QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST
- Must be a graduate of any of the following programs: Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field
- Knowledgeable in Unified Modeling Language (UML) and database design documentation
- Must have knowledge on Object-Oriented System Development Methodologies, software development and software development tool such as VB 6,
ASP, JAVA
- Basic knowledge and understanding of application design methodologies and the SLDC model
- Basic decision making and problem solving skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skill
- Good in oral and written communication
SYSTEMS ANALYST
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field.
- At least one year experience on System Analysis and Design
- Familiar with Unified Modeling Design. Should be familiar with Unified Modeling Language (UML), database design documentation Object-Oriented
System Development Methodologies.
- Has basic experience on software development and software development tool such as VB 6, ASP, JAVA, SLDC model.
SOCIAL ORIENTATION AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT PROGRAMS
FUND ACCOUNTANT
- Must be a graduate of Accountancy or business related course
- Responsible in fund monitoring
- At least (2) years of relevant work experience
INSTITUTIONAL LABORATORY MANAGEMENT OFFICE
LABORATORY ASSISTANT
- Bachelor degree holder in Chemistry or any related Science courses
- Adept in laboratory equipment and operation
- At least six months to (1) one year related working experience
ILRAD
LINKAGE ASSISTANT
- Facilitates and processes travel requirements of outbound student researchers
- Coordinates in the logistics during the organization and hosting of international linkages event.
- Recruits outbound researchers from different schools and departments
- Acts as liaison personnel for the office of ILRAD to different embassies and consulate offices.
- With experience as a Research and Development liaison works.
- Trustworthy, responsible and with self-confidence.
- Preferably with MS Degree or Units in MS Programs
LIBRARY DEPARTMENT
LIBRARIAN
- Bachelor’s Degree in Library Information Science
- With PRC License
- At least six months to (1) one year related working experience
EVPAA
FACULTY DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
- Manages the faculty development plan of the Institute and supports the faculty development initiatives of the schools and departments.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration preferably pursuing an MS degree in any business-related course.
- At least (2) two years relevant work experience
PURCHASING DEPARTMENT
JR. BUYER
- Responsible for canvassing and selection of suppliers, price negotiations, maintenance and updating of suppliers database and
enforcement of incoming quality control systems
- College degree holder of any business course
- At least (2) two years related working experience with emphasis on canvassing and handling of quotations.
- Willing to do fieldwork
SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL
TECHNICAL ASSISTANT
- Must be a graduate of Office Administration Program
- Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical writing skill is an advantage
